ITS is at the Meeting of Cooperation Council for Arab States of the Gulf
November 27-28, 2012 / Riyad / Saudi Arabia
The Meeting of Cooperation Council for Arab States of the Gulf was in Saudi Arabia on November 27-28, 2012 with the participation of Turkey. Nart Informatics (TechN’arts) CEO and ITS Project Coordinator Taha Yaycı, Turkish Medicines & Medical Device Agency Authorities and private sector directors represented the Turkey at the meeting.
In the meeting, within the context of cooperation in health field, trading barriers and restrictions of Turkish Medicines and Medical Device Sector Firms have been discussed.
At the meeting, it was decided to arrange a meeting on April 1-4, 2013 in İstanbul with the attandance of sector representatives and also visitation to drug manufacturer companies. It was stated that Turkey is ready to help and take necessary steps on mutual cooperation and equivalance.
Attendees were also informed about ITS; experience related with ITS were shared and questions were replied.
