Pharmacies have made their stock notifications to ITS with the “Decree to Amend the Decree on Pricing Medicinal Products for Human Use” published in the 10.11.2011 dated and 28108 numbered Official Gazette by the Cabinet. The pharmacy stock records belonging to 20:00 pm on 18.11.2011 have been published in the online services web page which can be reached from the http://its.technarts.com.tr address. To access the records, download them onto your computer and select the pharmaceutical wholesaler which will compensate your stock damage, and to change the identified pharmaceutical wholesaler record you need to follow the steps stated below. These operations should be made by 18:00 pm on 16.12.2011, in the opposite case the stock damages will not be able to be compensated. Vitally announced to our pharmacies.

As of 18.11.2011 you may access the pharmacy stock records from listing window which opens from the “Stock Damage Services” -> “18.11.2011 Dated Pharmacy Stock Listing” sub menu.

To download the records onto your own computer click on the CSV button on the top left corner of the listing screen. You may view or save the file in the opened window with the “Csv file preparation operation complete” message on the top right corner. In case when the message of preparation is viewed however the query window does not pop up, repeat the same operation by pressing the “Ctrl” button or repeat the same operation after allowing popups from this website in your internet browser settings.

The Warning window shown above will come up when you log in into the “Online Services” web page to select the pharmaceutical wholesaler that will compensate your stock damage. Click on the “Click to create the Wholesaler record” link on the screen or click on the “Select Wholesaler” sub menu from the “Stock Damage Services” to open the wholesaler selection screen.

Select the wholesaler that will compensate your stock damage via the screen that opens. Click on the wholesaler GLN for the selection operation.

Click on the “Save” button after selecting the wholesaler. To cancel the operation you can repeat the operation by the depicted menu after closing the screen.

After the recording operation you will receive a message informing that your operation is complete.

You can clik on the “View Wholesaler and Update” menu from the “Stock Damage Services” to view the identified wholesaler record and to change it. By clicking on the “Click to Change the Wholesaler Record” link in the opened screen, you can make the changing operations by following the steps in the recording operations.
