According to the 31.12.2009 dated and 2009/84 numbered and 24.03.2011 dated and 2011/21 numbered circulars published by our General Directorate and the 27.04.2011 dated and “Statement on the 2011/21 Numbered Circular” announcement, and the Amendment on the Regulation Regarding the Packaging and Labeling of Medicinal Products for Human Use and the related guidelines which have been published, it has been determined that all hospitals and treatment units are under the scope of the Pharmaceutical Track and Trace System. It has been determined that hospitals are still not actively using the Pharmaceutical Track and Trace System despite the circulars and our announcements. It is importantly announced that with the transition to Phase II as of 01.01.2012, the hospitals which have not passed on to the Pharmaceutical Track and Trace System will not be able to make drug purchase/dispatch operations and that the hospitals will be responsible of the patients’ victimhood! |
