To the Attention of All our Stakeholders,

Taking our stakeholders needs of on matters like multi user and authorization when making ITS notifications into consideration, the system will be shut down on January 13 at 20:00 for 8 hours to work on the multi user support and the authorization of the users.

As a result of this study, the usernames of our stakeholders will be changed (without changing their passwords) according to a standard format. The changed usernames will become main users in the ITS Portal -> Online Services. New users can be generated with this user; these users can be authorized based on operations in the ITS Portal -> Online Services and based on services in the ITS Services.

The main usernames of our stakeholders will consist of their own GLN numbers followed by four 0’s. So a stakeholder’s main user name whose GLN used to be 8680001000001 will become 86800010000010000. This user cannot be deleted and can use all the services in the Online Services (product query, prescription query etc.) and all related ITS services (product purchase, dispatch etc.).

The operation of creating new users can only be done by the main user through the ITS Portal -> Online Services. While the user name will be written in the same format, only the last four digits of the 17 character username will change. The username can be determined by the Online Services automatically. The main user (86800010000010000) for example, will be able to give a user the product purchase authority, while it will give the authority to use the product return services only to another user. This is entirely up to the initiative of our stakeholders.

It will suffice if the stakeholders which do not need multi users only change their ITS usernames with the main usernames.
