As of today (05.01.2010) 19:00 pm the ITS user generating e-mails have been sent to all the pharmacies in Turkey.

In this context all pharmacies registered in the General Directorate of Pharmaceutical and Pharmacy are sent an e-mail.

General problems which emerged during the sending of user e-mails:

• Two pharmacies using the same e-mail address: each pharmacy should have its own e-mail address. The second one of these two pharmacies is not sent an e-mail.
• The presence of Turkish characters in the given e-mail addresses.
• The incorrect entry of e-mail addresses.
• The entry of non-existant e-mail addresses.
• A full mail quota.

Pharmacists to whom the e-mail did not come should first of all check whether their e-mail addresses are correct or their e-mail quota is full. Afterwards pharmacists should test whether their registration has been done and whether their e-mail addresses are correct by contacting the Pharmaceutical and Pharmacists Branch Office of the Local Health Authorities.

For problems other than these issues a help desk has been created in our General Directorate so that Pharmacies and Pharmaceutical Wholesalers can deliver their problems. Warning to Local Health Authorities: Before registering the pharmacy check whether the pharmacy already exists by taking a list, registrations which are made over will create problems.
