A web service for the purpose of verifying products has been put into service for manufacturers. The control of products of which a DataMatrix has been printed and which have been notified to the system can be made with this web service. Whether products which have been determined through a sampling method are vendible in the market can be controlled in the system by using the DataMatrix readers used in pharmacies are vendible in the market can be controlled. The usage details of the Product Verification Web Service for manufacturers will be explained in the new version of the Web Services Guideline. Until the new version of this guideline is published, you may make use of the ‘Pharmacy Verification Web Service’ part of the same guideline. This service has only been designed to control whether a DataMatrix has been printed correctly or whether the DataMatrix information has been recorded correctly into the system. A service quality is not guaranteed for this service. The service allows for a manufacturer to control a maximum of 1000 products a day. |
