The MEDULA Pharmacy software has been put into service as of 01.03.2010, however some troubles can be seen. It has been observed that the most experienced problem is the “DataMatrix reading problem”. Studies are still being made on overcoming the problem by the Social Security Institution however until this problem has been overcome our pharmacists can; After transferring the prescriptions to the free pharmacy software, in the case when ITS Dispatch Notifications are made over these software it is possible to make the prescription verification operation through Medula. Announced to our pharmacists which are experiencing problems. |
