Dear Stakeholders;

The ITS Help Desk team is making a great effort to answer your questions in the fastest way possible. They return your calls with the responsibility necessitated of being a help desk rather than the simple logic of a call center. Thus they stay in contact with you until your problems have been solved. For your questions out of the scope of ITS, they direct you to the competent authorities.

The Help Desk team offers service all weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00, thus they cannot offer service on weekends and out of working hours on weekdays. Therefore consulting the Help Desk on weekdays during the working hours will be more beneficial for you to get much faster feedback.

For problems you encounter out of working hours you may create a help registration from the ITS Online Services or send an e-mail to its@titck.gov.tr
