The information of pharmacies was was made by the channel of Local Authorities in the system of our General Directorate. With the thought that mistakes could exist in this information, an information was sent to the registered e-mail addresses of the pharmacies this weekend.

If this information has reached them, the pharmacies should examine whether the information is correct and if mistakes happen to exist, they should be corrected by giving the right information to the Pharmacists Branch Office of the Local Health Authorities (Health Group Presidency for İstanbul).

If no information has reached the pharmacist, they should contact the Local Health Authority (Health Group Presidency in İstanbul) and ask whether their contact information has been registered into the system or not or if it has been they should confirm their e-mail addresses.

With this short control, a lot of problems which can be encountered in the future will be prevented. Pharmacists and Local Health Authority officials should act responsibly in terms of the pharmacy registrations.

If the sent information is correct the pharmacist does not have to give any information any where, the incoming e-mails should not be responded to.

The pharmacy information entered into the system will be used in all of the operations of the pharmacy from now on. The same information will be used in the Pharmaceutical Track and Trace System and it is desired to prevent any kind of problems which the pharmacies can encounter due to the lack of information.

The Local Health Authorities are informed via e-mail about the ones to whom their information could not be sent due to the errors which have occurred in their e-mail addresses.
