To the Attention of Manufacturer/Importer and Pharmacy Software Developers

Based on the feedback we have obtained from our stakeholders, it was needed to make changes on the namespaces of our web services. Hereunder our wsdl documents have been organized again. You need to make the necessary arrangements in your applications. Our test environment runs according to the new arrangements.

As it is already known the pharmacy user e-mails are started to be sent. In the meantime these problems have been observed.

  • The links sent within e-mails to the accounts with the “ieo.org.tr” extension cannot be viewed properly. Pharmacies which have such an address should copy the user generating link into the address tab and erase the last three letters.
  • The e-mails sent to especially users of the Yahoo e-mail services are sent directly to the spam box. Pharmacists whose e-mail has not reached them should also check their spam box.
  • Pharmacists whose e-mail has not reached them should check their e-mails from the Pharmacy Branch Office of the Local Health Authority. The Pharmaceutical Track and Trace System gets the information of pharmacies from the Local Health Authorities. Please apply to the Pharmacy Branch Office Local Health Authorities (Health Group Presidency for İstanbul) for changes in e-mails.
