10.06.2010 | To the Attention of our Pharmacists

A web application which provides the viewing of prescriptions notified by our Pharmacists to the Turkish Pharmaceutical Track and Trace System has been developed.

With this application which can be accessed through this address its.technarts.com.tr/its_os our stakeholders will be able to list the dispatch notifications on the basis of days and will be able to cancel the dispatch notifications which they were not able to cancel through the pharmacy software. In addition there is an interface in this application through which our pharmacists will be able to convey their problems to our help desk.

Things to Consider During the Use of the Application

  • The username and password determined for the Turkish Pharmaceutical Track and Trace System is used to log in to the application.
  • Prescription are listed on a daily basis. The date of the list is not the date of the prescription or the provision, it rather is the date on which the dispatch notification has been made to ITS.
  • The fields which take place in the prescription listing screen and their explanations are as stated below.

BildirimID (NotificationID): Is the unique number given by ITS to the notification at the end of the Dispatch Notification.

ReçeteNo (PrescriptionNo): A) Expresses the provision number for institutions which have a Provision System (eg. Medula). The number you see in this field must be the same as you are seeing it in the screen of the Provision system. If it is different (if there is a zero at the beginnin for example) you will probably not be able to make the termination operation. B) For institutions which do not have a Provision System the Prescription Number is the number which the Pharmacy software notifies to the system. C) For dispatches made to patients without an insurance company, this number will be automatically given by ITS.

EczaneID (PharmacyID): Is the SGK (Social Security Institution) registration number used by the Pharmacy for SGK and Green Card. It must be the GLN number of the Pharmay for other reimbursement companies. This number being diggeremt is the reason for not being able to terminate the operation.

BelgeNo (DocumentNo): Is a number sent by the Pharmacy software. Its usage is special to the pharmacist. It does not have a meaning for the system. It can be left empty.

Belge Tarihi (Document Date): Is a date sent by the Pharmacy software. Its usage is special to the pharmacist. It does not have a meaning for the system. It can be left empty.

Hasta (Patient):  Is the national identification number of the patient. In notifications made through Medula this field comes empty at the moment.

Doktor (Doctor): Is the national identification number or registration number of the doctor. Can be left empty.

Geri Ödeme Kurumu (Reimbursement Company): Is the reimbursement company to which the prescription has been dispatched. Due to the incorrect GLN indication in the pharmacy software a dispatch notification to a different reimbursement company could be made. Therefore it is good to check the other reimbursement company lists if you cannot see the prescription in the reimbursement company it should be in. There is also a Cross and Approval sign in this field. The Cross indicates that the prescription has been inquired by the reimbursement company and the Approval sign indicates that it has been inquired. A Dispatch Cancellation Notification cannot be made to prescriptions which have been inquired by the reimbursement company.

  • When you click on BildirimID (NotificationID) on the Prescripition Lists you can see the detailed information of the prescription and the products which have been approved in the system.
  • If the prescription has been approved by the Reimbursement Company a “Cancel the Dispatch” button can be seen in the “View Prescription Detail” screen. The dispatch cancellation notification can be made through this button.
  • As of June 07, 2010 the Green Card Prescriptions which are entered through Medula are seen under the Social Security Institution.
  • Since Medula and ITS worked offline as of May 17, 2010 the SGK Prescriptions of our pharmacists cannot be viewed in the system. These prescriptions will be transferred to the Turkish Pharmaceutical Track and Trace System after June 15, 2010.
  • As of June 05, 2010 the prescriptions entered after this date of 300 test pharmacies working online  can be viewed in the Turkish Pharmaceutical Track and Trace System.
